Standard Portrait | $175
Ideal for families or groups of 6 or less, this 45 minute session includes up to 2 outfit changes along with a full digital online gallery of 30 or more edited images and a print release.
Extended Portrait | $300
Ideal for families or groups of 7 or more, this 90 minute session includes up to 3 outfit changes, up to 2 locations and a full digital online gallery of 45 or more edited images with a print release.
Headshots | $85
This up to 15 minute session (per person) includes a fuill digital online gallery of 5-10 edited images with print release. Business can add $25 to the fee for each additional person if they would like to get headshots for a group.
Maternity | $175
This 45 minute session is perfect for celebrating your body and how it has grown and carried your little one(s). We do recommend waiting until after 32 weeks for this session and it includes a full digital online gallery of 30 or more edited images with print release.
Milestone Mini | $125
This 20 minute session is perfect for birthdays or other similar milestones. Balloons will be provided but we do ask that you provide your own cake (if desired) for allergy precautions. A full digital online gallery of 20 or more edited images will be provided with print release.
Newborn or Fresh 48 | $275
Those first few days with your little one are absolutely priceless. This is a 2-hour long in-hospital or in-home session includes both posed images of your little one one and lifestyle portraits with the family, while also allowing plenty of time for changes and/or feedings. A full digital online gallery of 30 or more edited images will be provided with print release
Seniors | $250
Celebrate the culmination of all of your hard work and the ending of this season with this 1 hour session. It can include up to 2 outfit changes and two locations as well (extra fee may be applied if travelling more than 10 miles between locations) and a full digital online gallery of 50 or more edited images will be provided with print release.
Engagements | $250
You’re getting married! The tender & loving glances between engaged couples, the joy and anticipation — it’s everything. This 1 hour session can include up to 2 outfit changes and two locations as well (extra fee may be applied if travelling more than 10 miles between locations). A full digital online gallery of 50 or more edited images will be provided with print release.
Mini – Sessions | $100
Mini sessions are offered over a weekend, 2-4 times each year, and will be offered at a specific location. The dates, time slots and location of the mini sessions are announced 4-8 weeks prior on our social media and on our home page. The sessions themselves are 20 minutes long and a full digital online gallery of 20 or more edited images and print release will be provided. These sessions are perfect for updated family pictures, as they’re long enough to get some precious photographs of the whole family (and of individuals) but, once the little ones are tired of cooperating, we’re wrapping up!
F.A.Q.
The first step is to let me know you’re interested! You may do so through either the contact form on this website or by reaching out to me by email at [email protected]. Be sure to let me know what kind of session you’re interested in and provide some possible dates & times that work for you. Once we’ve settled on a date and all of your questions have been answered, I will send over a contract for you to sign to confirm your booking. A small non-refundable deposit is also due to lock in your session date and time.
As part of your session, you will receive a selection of hand-edited images that will be presented to you through a digital gallery. This gallery will allow you to easily download the images in either web or full size for your own personal use. In additional, a print release will be provided, giving you the flexibility to print any of the downloaded images for personal keepsakes. You will also have the option to purchase prints and canvases in varying sizes through your gallery directly, for your convenience.
After our session, a few sneak peeks will be sent to your inbox within 24 hours. The full gallery will be available within 2-4 weeks after the session date and you will receive an email notification indicating that your gallery has been published once available. If you require expedited editing and publishing of your images, please notify me of this prior to the shoot and a fee of $50 will be applied to receive your images within 2-3 business days.
The rates listed above are listed as starting rates as it is possible for additional fees to apply. That being said, it isn’t terribly common for additional fees to be necessary, but I have included below a few examples of fees that may apply:
– Expedited processing & editing fee: $50
– Travel fee (if travel outside of the Richmond area is needed): $35 or more (depending on where the shoot is located)
– Extend the shoot by 15 minutes: $35
– Extend the shoot by 30 minutes: $70
A 20% deposit is required at the time the contract is signed in order to secure your date and time. This deposit allows me, as the photographer, to guarantee that this day/time will not be made available to any other clients and does count toward your investment total. While the deposit itself is non-refundable, it can be applied to another session date should you need to reschedule. The remaining investment total must be paid by no later than 48 hours prior to the shoot date and is not required up front.
